Lil’ Yogis (2-4 years old with an adult)

Saturday 10:00am – Room 271

Yoga is introduced to Lil Yogis through fun games, stories, songs and mindfulness activities. Get some yoga practice yourself by joining your Lil Yogi. This is a 45 min class open to 2-4 year olds and an adult.

Kids Yoga (5-12 years old and an adult)

Saturday 11:00am – Room 271

Kids improve strength, flexibility, body awareness and coordination through fun, imaginative yoga adventures and activities.They learn how to focus and centre through breathing and meditation. This is a 45-minute class open to 5-12 year olds and an adult.

Mom & Baby Yogi


This class helps to strengthen your body after childbirth while connecting with your baby. It combines gentle yoga flow, challenging postures and restorative time in a safe environment. Learn exercises like infant massage, stretching, and songs to help your baby towards the next stage in development. This is a 1 hour class for parents with babies 6 weeks old up to crawlers.

Family Yoga Events

Fresh, fun, family time. Partner poses and yoga games encourage parents and kids to work together while strengthening their minds and bodies. This is a 60-minute class open to kids between 2-12 years old and their parents!
