Why kids yoga?

What do I need to know before joining a session?

  • Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Mats are available if you need one. For kids yoga, mats will be provided
  • Please remove your shoes before you enter the studio
  • Leave strollers/car seats in the designated space
  • Be mindful towards your body, do not push yourself and rest when needed
  • Please listen to your children’s needs, we are happy to support in any way we can
  • Enjoy and be present while practicing yoga. Yoga is a powerful practice that strengthens body, mind and spirit.
