What do I need to know before joining a session?

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Mats are available if you need one. For kids yoga, mats will be provided

Please remove your shoes before you enter the studio

Leave strollers/car seats in the designated space

Be mindful towards your body, do not push yourself and rest when needed

Please listen to your children’s needs, we are happy to support in any way we can

Enjoy and be present while practicing yoga. Yoga is a powerful practice that strengthens body, mind and spirit.
