YO YOGA is vibrant yoga for young ones.

Parents of young children do not have time to practice yoga.YO YOGA offers classes to practice mindfulness, breath and movement together. Kids learn body awareness and managing emotions, parents benefit from a recharging yoga practice as they enjoy quality time together.

YO YOGA offers a variety of classes that promote healthy poses, strength, flexibility, mindfulness, self-esteem and relaxation. Practicing yoga provides you and your young ones with mindful yoga tools that can be used everywhere, everyday.

No yoga experience is needed to join YO YOGA.

We are planning to expand our offerings to include a full slate of infant, toddler and kids, and adult yoga classes in Edmonton’s West End.

Aware and present; showing kindness as our mind moves our body and thoughts, words and actions.

Strengthening muscles and immune system; aligning posture; relaxing muscles.

Energizing our bodies, clearing and refreshing our minds.

Balancing our energies; high and low; quiet and loud.

The YO YOGA Team

Nallely Alcocer

Nallely loves yoga because it gives her peace, energy and strength. She had her first experience with yoga in 2011 while living in China. After moving to Canada, Nallely continued to practice prenatal yoga and mom-and-baby yoga when her baby was born.

Knowing and seeing all the benefits of yoga for herself and her daughter, Nallely decided to deepen her knowledge and practice through Pre-schoolers & Special Needs and Kids Yoga Training in 2017. She continues to share yoga at home with both her daughter and son. Nallely is a 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher.

Nallely has a passion for teaching. She has over six years of teaching experience in Mexico and China. She believes in a holistic approach to education and personal growth. Through yoga, Nallely would like to support and guide by sharing techniques that help reconnect body, mind and true self.

Caitlin Bolanos

Yoga has been a major part of Caitlin’s life for over ten years. What first started as an alternative to playing competitive soccer, soon became an exercise in slowing down, breathing and becoming more in tune with her body and mind.

Her classes encourage natural movement and feeling good above all else. She creates an environment that inspires students to connect with themselves so they may connect with others. She use simple language and sometimes music to guide students through their own flow.

Practicing yoga has and continues to teach Caitlin so much; both on and off of the mat. She wants to help others feel good in their bodies, minds and hearts.
