This class combines gentle yoga flow, challenging postures and restorative time in a safe environment. Learn exercises like infant massage, stretching, and songs to help your baby towards the next stage in development. 30-minute class for parents with babies up to crawling stage.
Yoga is introduced to Lil Yogis through fun games, stories, songs and mindfulness activities. Get some yoga practice yourself by joining your Lil Yogi. 30-minute class for 3-5 year olds and parents.
Kids improve strength, flexibility, body awareness and coordination through fun, imaginative yoga adventures and activities. We also work on being focused and centred through breathing and meditation. 30-minute class open to 6-12 year olds and an optional adult.
