YO YOGA offers classes to practice mindfulness, breath and movement together. Kids learn body awareness and managing emotions, parents benefit from a recharging yoga practice as they enjoy quality time together.


Yoga is introduced to Lil Yogis through fun games, stories, songs and mindfulness activities. Get some yoga practice yourself by joining your Lil Yogi. This is a 45 min class open to 2-4 year olds and an adult.

Kids improve strength, flexibility, body awareness and coordination through fun, imaginative yoga adventures and activities.They learn how to focus and centre through breathing and meditation. This is a 45 minutes class open to 5-12 year olds and an adult.

This class helps to strengthen your body after childbirth while connecting with your baby. It combines gentle yoga flow, challenging postures and restorative time in a safe environment. Learn exercises like infant massage, stretching, and songs to help your baby towards the next stage in development. This is a 1 hour class for parents with babies 6 weeks old up to crawlers.

This is a 45 min yoga class for moving babies, crawling or starting to walk. Join us to stretch, bond, and breathe with your active baby.  Enjoy playful yoga activities and simple games, stories and songs. No experience needed!
