Family Yoga at Atma Yoga Canada
Yoga brings the whole family together. Bring your kids to our family yoga class for an hour of bonding and fun! We’ll play fun games, practice mindful breathing and movement, and get in a great workout.
Our goal is to build strength, mindfulness, flexibility and more connections between parent and child. It’s a fun way to spend time with your kids as they develop a strong mind, body, and spirit.

Family Yoga at Highlands Yoga Room
Yoga brings the whole family together. Bring your kids to our family yoga class for an hour of bonding and fun! Your family will connect and grow together as you explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindful games, and relaxation techniques.
Our goal is to build strength, support well-being, foster communication, and promote a sense of balance and harmony within the family unit.

Preschool Yoga (3-5 years old + caregiver)
Introduce your preschooler to the magical world of yoga with our specially designed class. In Preschool Yoga your child will be guided through a series of age-appropriate yoga poses, stories, songs, and props that will captivate their imagination and keep them engaged. Your preschooler will develop strength and coordination as they enhance their social and emotional skills. We will also introduce simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help promote calmness and self-regulation.
Join us for a nurturing and enjoyable preschool yoga class that combines movement, creativity, and mindfulness.

Kids Yoga 5-10 years old
Kids yoga invites kids from 5 to 10 years old to practice yoga and mindfulness through games, simple yoga flows and stories. In this interactive class, your child will improve strength, body awareness, flexibility and coordination through fun and challenging poses as they learn about basic anatomy. They will also practice mindfulness and breathing techniques to feel calm and energized.
