Mini Yogis introduces yoga to your toddler through songs, stories and games. In this interactive class, your toddler will practice body awareness, self-regulation and finding calm all while strengthening his/her growing muscles and using imagination.
Lil Yogis invites preschoolers to practice yoga and mindfulness through stories, games and adventures. In this interactive class, your preschooler will improve strength, body awareness and coordination, will learn simple breathing techniques and will be encouraged to express ideas and feelings. Each class is designed around a theme that promotes learning and supports social emotional development.
This class invites kids to practice yoga and mindfulness through games, simple yoga flows and stories. In this interactive class, your child will improve strength, body awareness, flexibility and coordination through fun and challenging poses as they learn about basic anatomy.
